How do I top up my credit?

Go to Subscription & Costs → Balance, enter the amount you want under "Top up balance" and click "Top up". You can see the minimum and maximum amount per top-up right next to the input field. You'll receive an invoice for it, which you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Once it's paid, the amount will be credited to your balance.
