Can I save a card for automatic payments?

Yes, under Subscription & Costs → Payment method. With the option "Automatically charge future invoices to this card", new invoices are paid automatically. If the option is off, the card stays saved, and you confirm each invoice yourself with one click. Even with a card on file, you can pay an invoice by bank transfer instead at any time.
