If you notice that your music has ended up in a fraudulent Spotify playlist, you can report it using Spotify's Playlist Reporter Form. It's meant for playlists that violate the streaming guidelines, for example when bots might be involved or other fraudulent activity is going on.
How to report a playlist:
- Open https://artists.spotify.com/c/playlist-reporter
- Find the playlist in the Spotify app or in the web player.
- Open the playlist's menu and select Share → Copy link to playlist.
- Paste the link into the form.
- Answer the remaining questions.
- Submit your report.
