Plan with at least 10 days of lead time. That's how long the standard distribution takes, which is included in every release. So choose a release date that is more than 10 days in the future.
If you need it faster, you can book the "Priority Distribution" extra. Your release will then skip the queue and can be published in less than 3 days.
When your song becomes visible in the individual stores also depends on the stores themselves in the end. That's why it's best to submit early enough.
